Hi Marcela
Thanks for the invoice, I'll pass it to my brother tonight and we'll
pay it
early next week.
We had a great time out there. Would happily pay extra for some guaranteed
sun though, it was freezing! It didnt detract from the overall enjoyment
of
the holiday though, thankfully. We had a ball and a scream practically
every night. Tim is shattered from too many late nights and far too
much
alcohol, my bones have now started to knit together again thankfully
after
my surfing course. Need another holiday now to recover from our ordeal.
Your team were fabulous and very welcoming. From the outset I dealt
directly with Kate to being met at the airport by Patty. Both were
really
friendly, helpful and personable. Couldnt possibly have asked for
anything
more from them. They were very informative, helped us out with any
queries
and showed us a good time (Not in that way!!) when they took us for
tapas
etc.
We told them at the time that the service they provide is great,
friendly
and they consistently went that extra mile to stand out from the
rest by
doing the little things. The personal touch went down a treat, it
was like
coming away to meet up with old friends or something. I know from
the
other people we met that this was the general consensus from our
little
group.
We'll certainly be back. Everything was really professionally organised
from start to finish. I'm working on Tim to get into Diving!!
Please give our best to everyone we met and thank them for everything
they
did, we really appreciated it.

Thank you for all the information. I'm really jealous. You sound
a really fun bunch of people and I'm sure my son will have a great
time. I don't think I've ever read more friendly or comprehensive
information for any holiday. You are doing a great job. Keep up

Hi Pati!
thanks for your email. We did really enjoy our holiday in every way (apart
from me being ill!!!). We had a great time in all that we did and it was
made especially relaxing by all the hospitality and friendliness yourself and
the rest of the Team showed us. Please pass on my thanks to Active Adam
and Cool Cam.
I've enclosed some pictures, not that great I'm afraid but the best we took. I
don't think either of them do justice to the excellent surfers that Sergio turned
us into by day five!*?
I am going to forward your company details to the travel agent that arranges
our overseas trips for us, that way if she receives any suitable enquiries
from other customers she can send them your way.

Hi Cameron,
Just a short note to say thanks for a wonderful time
in Lanzarote, I could not fault the service and attention you and
