Hello there,
I'm just home and was a nice surprise to get a mail from you on my return, just to set the scene though I'm sitting writing this as a full scale thunder and lightening make things as different outside as it could be from the coast at Dahab :) I will definitely be taking you up on the offer for my next holiday and hopefully soon.
On the feedback front I find myself in a bit of a fix as I actually can't come up with one issue about the whole holiday that made me think to comment..The hotel was clean, excellently staffed, amazing position and views, I was welcomed on my arrival and actually felt like I would be missed when I left which demonstrates excellent customer service and professionalism and to finish the food was among the best offered in Dahab and competitively priced.
The Fantasea dive centre was again the same quality as the hotel, the level of professionalism and quality of instruction definitely helped me achieve the goals I had set for myself and then beyond by signing up and completing the Nitrox course too. If possible could you send my highest praise for my instructor Hew Lovell who had to deal with my sporadic knowledge, knock off the rough edges and bad habits and actually get me to a level where I can safely dive now.
So there ya go, I hope this is a help in some form or fashion and many thanks to all there for sending me on a great week in Egypt!

Thanks for your email - sory it's taken me so long to reply. I had a great time in Lanzarote and really enjoyed it, all the guys at Calpso Diving were great also. Thanks also to you and Cameron for helping me sort out arrangements after my flight was cancelled. I'm looking to come back possibly Aug/Sept to maybe finish the Advanced course, so will be back in touch.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that my holiday was the best one I've ever been on! So thank you very much for organising it all. The Team out in Dahab are the best bunch of people who all really made the holiday what it was. So if you speak to them reguarly then tell that I had a fab time and so did my mate Kris. And a special thanks to the instructor Laura.

Yes Cheryl and I arrived home safely yesterday morning and slowly our bruises and muscles are healing. I can just about raise my arms above my head now without wincing!
Anyway we just wanted to say thanks for fantastic holiday, we were well looked after, the team are really great. I'll definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family and hopefully we'll be back surfing with you again sometime?!

Holiday was great. Got back safe in the end, although got caught up in traffic at 1.30am, as a lorry had overturned on M11 !!
Didnt get going again till 4.30am !!
Really enjoyed the diving. Didnt get to meet many others in the second week as was diving everyday, as you know.
It was bloody great overall, and would certainly consider coming back with a broader range of activities to try.

Thanks for the receipt but the total seems to differ from the invoice amount sent through last week - should be £36 shouldn't it, not £54? Both attached just in case.
BTW, we really enjoyed the surfing and will look to come back to Lanzarote at some point in the future - I still haven't been able to find out if that artificial reef is going ahead in Bournemouth but it won't be as good in any case...
Pls let me know on the payment.

We had such a fantastic holiday we had such a blast with you all that I am not sure how we can ever thank you.
All the sports were so well organised and the instructors just excellent their enthusiasm was amazing an helped to make each day full of laughs and surprises. For Jack the windsurfing with Pierre was the best, Ozzie was blown away with the diving and Juliet just loved it all. For me happy children is happy Mum, happy Mum is happy Dad!!!
Jack Ozzie and JUliet all want to return as soon as possible and a colleague of yours called last Friday to discuss booking another break in October. Unfortunately I have not recieved their e-mail and I wondered if you would know who this would have been and coud ask them to send it again to
XXXXXXXXXX as we really really want to come and see you again.
It was the break we all needed and as I send this we are surround by a million packing boxes!!! and we leave for the UK Saturday
Peter has left us to work in India!

Just to say we've arrived home having had a fabulaous holiday. Thank you so much for your suberb organisation of our week, everything went very much to plan- sorry we didn't see you in person to say thanks and goodbye.
We will definately consider an activity holiday again in the future, loved the biking and hiking not sure about scuba but big thumbs up for the spa!
